Smokea’s selection gives me the kid-in-a-candy-store feeling every time. My water pipe got here in four days bubble-wrapped like a VIP, and it hits like a dream. They shorted me one packet of Raw Blacks on my last order, but a two-minute chat had a fresh pack in the mail the next morning. If QC stayed that tight all year, they'd edge into five-star territory for sure.

Solid go-to for glass and papers. Usually ships quick—last order was at my door in three days—but one piece had a tiny chip. Customer service swapped it fast, so I’d still recommend them. Good prices, just double-check when your box arrives.

Third and last order from this website, I'm beginning to think they ENJOY including bowls that wouldn't pass QA inspection anywhere else.

It's probably one aspect of how they're profitable as a business, shipping products other businesses would return or take a hit on, cost wise.

I really can't imagine anyone professional or even any real adults working here. When I've asked customer service they're ZERO help and very quick to toss policy in your face.

We know the policy, we ask because companies usually aren't as low quality as yours. We ask because we think you care about us as customers.

You clearly do not.

Two of my items didn't show. I tried several times to use Route with no success. I give up. I was ripped off and I'm not a happy camper.

Rude, insecure customer service rep "Mark" turned a repeat customer with a delayed package into a "never again" who texts all of their friends and says "ignore the recommendation I made for Smokea, their customer service is rude."

Firstly, they don't understand people choose standard because we assume you're a legitimate business that will ship things on time.

We don't assume you'll take the better half of a work week to wrap something in bubble and tape a box shut.

So when people respond about slow shipping, they LOVE to throw "you chose this shipping!" right in your face, but that's not what we're talking about. You were slow to get it shipped.

Secondly, I had a legitimate issue where my package was temporarily lost at a facility.

What does Mark say? "You choose that shipping, read the shipping policy."

Ok but that's not helpful, my package was temporarily lost.

I called and resolved it, literally no thanks to the shipper.

Then when I updated Mark with this information, he doesn't say he's happy it's resolved like a mature customer service rep, no, he's still insecure about my complaint of their shipping so he just responds, once again telling me to read their shipping policy.

When you're too busy being insecure and defensive to do your job, you're too immature to work in customer service, period.

I knew guys like that in high school and I'm glad to hear they're working at places like this instead of having success.

THEIR RESPONSE IS PROOF that this company does NOT understand customer service. The only reason my package arrived on time was because I did their job for them, and followed up with UPS about it being at a local facility for 2 days too long.

Look at the lies below: They said it wasn't delayed but UPS confirmed it was temporarily lost at a nearby facility for two days, this is why I contacted Smokea and was just repeatedly told to read the shipping policy, and very passive aggressively without any politeness like a normal company.

They're so busy being defensive of their slow shipping that they don't seem to even comprehend the issue I had.

Absolutely fantastic experience. I know it may be based on location, but my order arrived in two days and was packaged perfectly! I really look forward to putting in another order knowing how great and fast the service is. If you’re on the fence, hopefully this will help get you where you need to be, which is with Smokea!

What I love most is they have What I'm looking for and a wide variety of good products, but the extremely fast shipping is what keeps me coming back, never had one issues with these guys like I have had with other companies taking forever to ship.

I haven’t smoked in 20 years and I was looking for a bong like I had back in the day. I googled it and found it with your company. Ordered it and it was here in a couple of days. Easy to order and quick to receive.

My package hasn’t arrived yet my number with the delivery service is wasn’t entered properly which caused my order to be delayed
