Glass components are designed to withstand normal use, but as with any glass item, they can be vulnerable to pressure, impact, or alignment issues during assembly. For safety reasons, we recommend applying minimal pressure when inserting glass pieces and ensuring they are properly aligned before use.
Because this item had already been used, it does fall outside of our return and replacement policy. Due to hygiene and safety standards in our industry, we’re unable to accept returns or offer replacements once a product has been used.
We do appreciate the feedback and will continue to monitor product quality closely.
