I am lucky, blessed and fortunate to have Jesse as my rep, this man doesn't give up and will do everything he can in his power to ensure that you're satisfied and content. He goes over and beyond the call of duty for his clients. One thing he's got that many don't is knowledge of product. Excellent customer service and great products

I've gotten 2 broken bongs in my shipment contact them, in which I don't think anyone works in the customer service. I had to speak someone in sales. they had advise me to contact via email with a picture, in which I did and they confirm and said they will send back the replacement bongs. Its been over 10 days, I haven't received any bongs I've been trying to contact them via email numerous times and still no response. I felt like I've been swindle.

We've been working with Van Pak for a few years now, and they always serve us quickly & efficiently!

Good prices, shipping was fast and I appreciated the sample pack and the Stlth hats I received in my last shipments.

Everything was perfect minus boxes were split up in shipping so the shipment took a few days to receive not Smoke Arsenal’s problem.

Jessy has been of great help and my first order arrived super fast! The website is super easy to use and has options for almost everything at fantastic prices. Hoping you bulk up the Raw apparel and bubbler options though ;)
