Broken and repaired pipe sent out anyway
The the purchase I made was late and arrived with a broken place on it and they had used a glue to repair and sent it to me anyway, when I asked for a refund after noticing the Crack they said they couldn't replace it because it was used. Because I was using it when I found the Crack.

Shady Business Practices
I purchased from them before and it was fine, BUT... I just grabbed a pipe from them that was listed for $50 and they charged me $55 b/c there was an error on the site. They would not honor the listed price and speaking with customer service...don't even bother. I took screen shots and after I complained, they fixed the error. These guys really suck. Just go somewhere else and be happy.

Shipping is still pending been in the same spot for 7 days, support hasn’t gotten back to me in days. Just a horrible experience lately. I did receive contact back but just the standard stuff.

Never buy from this place they are a rip off. Order a bong and ash catcher. Paid extra to have expedited shipping than I ordered the ash catcher 6 days after I ordered the bong. The Ash catcher arrived 2 days before the bong. I didnt open the package as apart of me wanted to just return it all and shop somewhere else but also what was the point of opening it without the bong to use it. Finally the Bong arrives I open both packages only to find the Asher catcher is broke. But also I ordered the wrong one. I tried calling and leaving messages and then I emailed. I got a response of basically telling me Im SOL because the package arrived and 2 days later I emailed. Not compensation for the fact that i paid for expedited shipping which didnt come as it was suppose to. They didnt even try to make it right. I will never order from here again. Dont waste your money!!!!Go somewhere that cares about customer service cause this was not it!

I ordered online and my order confirmation included a picture. They sent the wrong item. They don’t respond by any method of contact. I've reached out for 3 weeks via email, call and text, but no response at all. I will be charging back. Do not order from them.

SCAM!
SCAM!! Ordered $240 worth of product and recieved the confirmation. After months of no updates followed up with customer service who informed me part of it was out of stock and the order had been cancelled. (No email to me, no money returned to my account) I have recieved dozens of spam emails from them but not a one to mentioned they cancelled my order. After going back and forth with customer service they keep telling my it was refunded yet 4 months later I still haven't gotten a cent back from them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ONLINE!

I have received no response from Smoke Cartel at all. This is strange to me because had I just continued with the back and forth, I can guarantee that I would still be getting the run-around if I hadn't taken these measures. I have even given them an extra 2 days to respond, and nothing.
I have been waiting for a resolution to multiple issues since January 2025. The last email I received from Smoke Cartel instructed me, once again—after numerous emails explaining who, what, when, where, and why, along with the requested pictures—to explain everything all over again. Additionally, this is one of the messages I received:
"Hi,
We got multiple chats from your side with us. I don’t know which specific chat you are talking about and what your concern is. Please specify something to make assistance smooth."
When I expressed my frustration and pointed out that this entire interaction felt like a scam, I received the following response:
"Hi there,
We understand your frustration and truly apologize for the confusion and any inconvenience caused.
We’ve received multiple messages from your side, but it’s unclear which specific concern you’re referring to in this message. Could you please clarify the issue or share your order number and any relevant details so we can assist you promptly and accurately?
We’re here to help and want to make this right.
Best regards,
Customer Support Team"
This is after six months of back-and-forth communication with this company. Both messages acknowledge that they received my prior communications, which included order numbers and detailed explanations, yet they now request me to specify one issue when it is evident that I want all of them resolved. I demand that the substandard, damaged, and greasy $99 Boss Box I received be replaced or my money refunded. I also demand the immediate return of the $110.24 of my hard-earned money that is in your possession. Otherwise, I will escalate this matter to the authorities and report it as theft. I am done with these games. I cannot believe I once praised this company, only to feel ashamed for ever supporting it.
The following correspondence will also be forwarded through email.
Subject: Immediate Refund Request and Formal Complaint
To Whom It May Concern,
This email serves as formal notice of my demand for a full and immediate refund for all undelivered products associated with my account. Your continued failure to resolve this matter after multiple documented attempts to communicate constitutes an unacceptable breach of reasonable customer service standards and may give rise to allegations of deceptive business practices.
Further, I demand acknowledgment and fulfillment of the remedy previously proposed by your company in response to my initial complaint concerning the “Boss Box” product that was delivered. I expect a comprehensive response addressing all questions I submitted following that proposal.
Let this serve as a final demand for resolution. I am actively pursuing complaints with Trustpilot, the Better Business Bureau, Google, and the Office of the Attorney General. You are hereby instructed to cease requesting duplicative information that has already been provided in full. Review the complete chain of correspondence and issue the full refund without further delay.
If this matter is not resolved to my satisfaction by 5:00 PM Central Time on the next business day, I will escalate the issue through all available legal and consumer protection channels.

Poor quality control and support
Order a bong on special and received it within a week. As soon as i opened the package i noticed a sharp edge on the glass base. I reached out to them right away and sent them the pics they requested. 5 days later i received an email stating they will watch for this in the future but wont replace the damage item. Clearly quality control issues. They dont stand behind their products

I ordered an item that took literal months to arrive. When I asked to return it, they said I had to wait until it got to me. When it got to me, I immediately asked how to return it. They took a month to respond just to tell me the timeframe to return has passed. Scams and lies. Do not order from them
Edit: too bad screenshots can’t be put in here bc like I said in the original review, after I responded to return the item, it took customer service a month to get back to me and by that time, the return time frame had passed. Nice try, snakes

Update: was told last Wednesday I would be refunded by Wednesday a week later it’s Tuesday and no refund so we will see if it is refunded. Found out through a manufacturer that this company is a 3rd party. Which is probably why all the glass pieces are hit and miss on quality bc they are buying OLD leftovers. Previous pieces I’ve bought have obvious defects so it makes sense 3rd party making a killing on this true JUNK!!!
To the response below from Smoke Cartel: you guys can respectfully shove it. I work in warehousing and y’all have an excuse for everything. The reality is you have a break down in communication in your organization between orders and shipping. If you don’t accept returns then all your warehouses are doing is packing small parcel and shipping orders to customers via postal service and occasionally receiving new pallets of product to sell on the site. So in all reality the processing times you provide are largely inflated for a job that’s as easy as flipping a burger. It amazes me the amount of bad reviews and y’all still can’t get it together. Wonder if this is all blamed on the Los Angeles warehouse like my order was blamed on 🤔 maybe management should do a better job at their job.

Bitdefender sites email links as a scam
I recently installed Bitdefender for online security on my Android device. I was quite confused when the real time protection feature refused to open the email links I was sent by Smoke Cartel. My first stop via Google was here, and I am so very glad I did!
Reading through these other customer reviews is truly concerning. If you have been scammed by these clowns, you should really be contacting the ombudsman so they can shut this down.
It is transparently obvious this business is run by super dodgy people.
Don't open any links sent to you by this company if you value your data and certainly don't send them any money or financial details.
