Great help over the phone l had trouble with my bank card you were very helpful and helped me sort it out .great communication l knew when to expect the delivery .coal arrived on pallet driver helpful.bags of coal came in very strong bags.and of course coal burns well.bargain prices.

I have bought coal before from smokeless coal express before and l'm happy with it, the price is best on the market that I have found. The couriers could do with some improvement.

Second time using this company. This time almost half of the bags had water in them, not just a little, but you could feel the water in them at the corners and black water was pouring out everywhere. It will take some time to dry out to be usable, but hopefully we'll be dry enough to use in a few weeks.

I contacted them about this issue and heard nothing back.
They are supplying coal at a good price, but customer service is not great and don't communicate when the delivery will be arriving.

I was pleasantly surprised when I first used this company. I tentatively ordered a tonne of the EcoGlow which then arrived within a couple of days was well packaged, clean and dry and worked as described producing high heat and little ash in our multifuel stove. I was so impressed I ordered again this time trying the EcoStove and had a very similar experience.

I ordered a tonne of the Golden Glow Eco Stove coal from Smokeless Coal last winter and the quality of the coal was excellent, Id go as far as saying it is the best coal I've burned over the last few winters and I have tried numerous brands and suppliers over the last 8-10 years and i think this is my first time going back to a company for the second time. The whole process was flawless, and delivery was very quick too. I plan on ordering another tonne from them in the next couple of weeks now.

I've been buying the ton pallet of eco glow for the last 3 or 4 years and can't fault it. Consistency is key for me as I've used other suppliers up North but been left down by the quality of their coal. Everything is smooth with smokelesscoalexpress, from purchase to delivery. Can't recommend them enough.

Coal arrived in good time. Delivery was easy. Pallet dropped into my shed. Waiting for weather to get a bit colder to test it out but reviews I have read have been good so hoping for the best

Thought this was a scam, but reviews said bad communication and they were right. Delivery was set for the afternoon but got a call saying it’s being dropped off in 30 mins 10am Luckily I could cancel my appointment. Great price but terrible communication about delivery.
