I went into BrickWorks smoke mart to get some smokes and had a good chat with a worker named jasmine about brands and product quality, she was very informing and the manager at the time (Shanon I think?) was very helpful in explaining certain aspects of the pricing of cartons

I had such a great experience at Smokemart Munno Para tonight. The customer service staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I found what I needed. They were attentive without being pushy and created a really welcoming atmosphere. It’s so nice to see staff who genuinely care about their customers — I’ll definitely be back!
