ordered £45 of items and was sent £5 of the items but not the other more high value items , have ignored emails and comms are ridiculous over the phone.

I ordered a collectable item form there online store, unfortunately for some reason they had written on the box of the collectible. I then emailed the team saying I was happy to return the current one for a non faulty/ vandalised product, unfortunately and very unprofessionally they completely ignored my email and now stuck with an absolutely zero value collectable.
