After successfully placing an order.. The owner Rahul is asking for higher price via WhatsApp.. Saying he is too "BUSY" to update the increased prices on the website "smokeshop".. Indifferent, Arrogant bordering on Scamster.
I have now tried contacting them on mail and on the phone, but no answer. They have taken my money, but have not given me any conformation email or anything. Not shopping here ever again
Fine experience, but delayed delivery.
About a week before my bf's birthday, I made an order on the site in the hope that in a week or two it will be delivered. The first problem I have encountered is the fact that I have a European card, which I could not directly pay for the order on the site. I wrote an email to the support team and they sent me a link for payment in the euro currency.
I was also informed in the letter that one of the order positions is not in stock and I have to wait another week for it to arrive (in fact I waited another 2 weeks). Judging by the reviews, I was afraid that the order might not come at all, but after the posts to the email I quickly received an answer about the status of the order, which reassured me.
The order was made on January 11 and came on February 7.
I was pleasantly surprised that all sorts of trinkets were put in the order as a gift (stickers, key chains, etc.), the goods themselves are of excellent quality.
Items arrived very quickly, everything as described and quality seems top-notch.
Very good, and fast deliviry, if something should be missing it will be fixed fast.
