JESSA from customer service helped me great, but my order is not in yet., so I can’t say anything about the product yet.
My order number is 591187

Very good product (foundation which adapts to one's individual skin colour) and my order included a brush and sponge. Could be slightly better coverage, but I was aware when I bought it that it wouldn't be full coverage. Very natural and for mature skin (over 50) it and blends nicely with the skin both colour and texture-wise. Better than one I bought from a different brand which was a bit orange for me and didn't blend as well.

Jessa was very helpful with getting my proper address, when I originally used my PO Box # and has stayed in touch with me thru the process, I appreciate her determination to help me out and keep me posted on any and all updates

Smooche order #551989 was my first order for colour changing foundation with this company. Unfortunately I ordered too light a colour. I offered to send back the unopened foundation and exchange for a darker one. I waited for a few days till Chistine answered me with a refund and keep the unopened product. I was so happy and impressed with this outcome and Christine was more than helpful. Service I will always remember.

My customer service representative was Novie and she was awesome. She resolved my issue professionally and promptly. It was a great experience!

This is the best foundation I think I've ever had. And now I'm beginning to see a difference in my skin tone. Spots are fading and skin seems brighter.

Great coverage! Love how it blends and doesn’t look like you are wearing makeup.

Although the product didnt meet my expectations, I was impressed by the service and care taken in the money back policy. Gracia was patient and informative with kindness.

I really wanted to love the product, but somehow it didn't quite match my skin tone. I wrote to Customer Service, and Christine worked with me.

I had ordered two bottles, and I still had an unopened bottle. I was willing to give the unopened bottle back and get 50% of what I paid. I was prepared for that since I had an open bottle.

Well, to my surprise, as soon as Christine saw my email explaining how much I wanted to love the product but it just didn't work, she immediately refunded me for my full order. She did not request me to go through the problem of sending the bottles back.

I'm grateful for companies that say, "Try our product, and it doesn't work, we will refund you." This company absolutely stood by that. I will be looking into other products for this company because now I trust them. And Christine was great!

While, sadly, the color adaptive foundation did not work for me, Smooche’s customer service is wonderful! Jizelle was helpful and very responsive. No run around or ghosting until the trial period is over, they honor their trial period and care about their customers.

Updating my experience because the customer service team handled my concern really well in the end. While the foundation itself didn’t work for me personally, I understand that not every product suits every skin type or preference.

What stood out was that once the team responded, they were polite, professional, understanding, and resolved the issue fairly with a refund. Special mention to GENREV for the kind communication and follow-up throughout the process.

Really appreciate a brand that eventually listens to customer concerns and makes things right. Happy with how this was handled overall 😊
