Bad comms / took ages to receive
Pretty sure this is a scam. Ordered some of the foundation weeks ago and it’s still not been dispatched. The orders page is just stuck on “we are processing your order”. I also emailed customer services as the website quotes 1-2 days for dispatch, but no response, and yet they still took my money!! Not impressed! AVOID!!
Edit: We eventually received the parcel, but the packaging was badly damaged & there was no tracking information / updates / comms from Smooche until after it had arrived.

Great customer service

It took a while to receive my order
It took a while to receive my order. I have used the product 3 times so far. It goes on smoothly and does match my skin tone. The only downside is, it gets oily on my skin and I can’t stand that. So when I dab my face to remove the oil it also removes the makeup. I don’t know if other women have made the same complaint or if you are looking into correcting this issue.

I ordered the smooche foundation last month on 23 April - #541776 and received it on 1 May, exactly I was very excited about the foundation as I had seen from Facebook about the foundation review is quite good. So I decided to buy and give it a try, but once I receive it and try it for a few days, I feel that the foundation is dry on my skin and I need to apply aloe Vera gel to mix the foundation together.
I did do a feedback to the smooche about my condition after using the smooche foundation but to my surprise Gracia do a refund for me, which I did not expect it. After considering my situation about using the product. I really appreciate her gesture and excellent service 💯. Thank you Gracia

Very good foundation. Blends nicely. Good on mature skin.
Very good product (foundation which adapts to one's individual skin colour) and my order included a brush and sponge. Could be slightly better coverage, but I was aware when I bought it that it wouldn't be full coverage. Very natural and for mature skin (over 50) it and blends nicely with the skin both colour and texture-wise. Better than one I bought from a different brand which was a bit orange for me and didn't blend as well.
