I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this!
Unfortunately, a prebiotic can always cause such complaints (more stomach problems), this applies to all forms of prebiotics. Especially if you already have an intestinal flora that is out of balance, there can be a heavier response to the powder. When gas/flatulence, bloating or diarrhea occur, it is recommended to reduce the dose to about 3 grams per day. We recommend that you halve the dose of powder and see what the effect is. If there are no complaints, the amount of powder can be increased in steps to the normal dose (sometimes habituation occurs later). If there are still many complaints at half a dose, we advise you to stop using it.
Your body may need a little more time to get used to the product. Every body is different and reacts differently.

I like the taste (raspberry), not too sweet at all! I have been using the product for 1 month now and I don't know yet whether it works. The disadvantage in my opinion is that the packaging cannot be closed properly, you have to press the seal really well and even then it opens up quite easily by itself. All in all, i will give this product a try for a couple of months.

Didn’t think it would work but love it
Didn’t think it would work, but I saw it coming by so often that I wanted to give it a try. Let me tell you….after one week I already saw a huge difference. I struggled with acne on my forehead a lot but this helped me.
I love snacking🤫 but with this I don’t have to forbid myself from anything, no diets or whatsoever.

?software linked to my bank taking £15…
There is software linked to this company / website when you order. They have an option that says 'deselect this box to opt in' - This then led to my bank being charged £15 a month extra for 6 months until Smoothly cancelled my subscription.
I have emailed them and they are refusing to refund me any money for clearly their mistake.
They have also attempted to get this review taken down. I will not be taking this review down unless I am refunded my unintended orders and the extra money taken from my bank.
I have seen other customers from smoothly experience the same result.

Hi Alexander, I'm sorry to hear this. Unfortunately, those additional costs have nothing to do with us, as indicated in my email to you. Those deductions seem to be tied to an online company that goes under the name of Completesave. This company has no relation to Smoothly whatsoever.
You subscribed to our services yourself in July, and have since been receiving monthly shipments of Gut Support. As soon as you contacted us, which was only 6 months later, we stopped your subscription.
There are no other known cases of these deductions of £15 happening to any other customers. Your review is therefore simply not true. Once again, we are a legitimate Dutch small business of which all information is publically known. We are in no way affiliated with the company that has been deducting £15 from your account.
