At smyths toystore Tralee, I was treated with genuine help and staff that were meeting all my needs with respect, patience and courtesy. Damien and Jamie both assisted me with large heavy duty boxes and was glad to do so. Great experience.

Disappointing, ordered a lego set for my little boy. It was in stock online to pick up at the Nass store, left work early to pick it up and no sign of it. Lack of care from the staff. They took my number and never called. So unprofessional

My son ordered a €329.99 Lego set on Thursday 21st August and has received all the confirmation details and has not received anything from them.

PlayStation portal never got delivered, let a little boy down for Xmas and not refunded until January, very poor customer service

She was so friendly, helpful and most importantly approachable. She has excellent customer service skills. Also, I would like to thank a very kind gentleman at the checkout, Kacper, who offered to carry my purchase to my car. Overall, thanks to Margaret & Kacper, I had a positive shopping experience.

I ordered a toy last night, and to my astonishment, they were delivered to my doorstep the very next morning. Talk about lightning-fast delivery service! I am extremely impressed with the efficiency and speed of their delivery. It's rare to find a company that can fulfil orders so promptly. I ordered these toys for a special occasion. They definitely went above and beyond my expectations.

In tralee smyths and received fabulous and informative help from a staff member Abbie. Very impressed with her knowledge- Talked me through all the different toddler seats and I felt confident in my purchase. Much appreciated thank you Abbie

Always real quick delivery. Had an issue with a delivery not smyths fault but the delivery company. Sorted out straight away when I rang.

Smyths Tralee staff went above and beyond to help me during such a busy time of the year. Maura was especially helpful in helping me.

Have both ordered with Smyths toys for home delivery and shopped in store/used click and collect. In store can be a bit hit and miss if it's a mad weekend, but then I don't blame them when it's so busy. Delivery however is excellent every time - no messing about, order dispatched as soon as possible, items arrive with dpd a few days later (for smaller items) in great condition with no issues or pieces missing. I've also ordered heavy/large items in the past from them and the team who do the large deliveries are also fabulous - very friendly and helpful.

i went here earlier this year to find some things and it was pretty good, the service was nice and the staff were pretty helpful, definitely coming back next year
