Poor cleaning, no-shows, and zero support
Book this company if you want a stressful mess
Avoid this company at all costs. Their cleaning service is thoroughly substandard, and their customer support is even worse.
When you call them back to address missed spots under their "warranty," they stall for days, commit to a time, and then fail to show up. To make matters worse, their physical offices are permanently closed they claim everyone is "working from home" leaving you with zero in-person accountability. Save yourself the immense stress and hire a professional cleaning service instead.

We have reviewed the matter with our team and can confirm that we have already been in contact with you regarding the cleaning. The original appointment was booked and carried out as agreed. Following your feedback, a further appointment was also arranged to address the points that required attention; however, that appointment was subsequently cancelled.
We would also like to clarify that we took responsibility for the areas that required further attention and offered to rectify the shortcomings at no additional cost. In addition, as a gesture of goodwill, we offered a 10% discount on the cleaning invoice.
Our intention throughout has been to address your concerns and find a constructive solution. While we understand that you experienced the situation differently, we believe it is important to clarify the sequence of events, particularly regarding the cancellation of the follow-up appointment.
We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. Providing professional service and resolving any concerns as smoothly as possible is important to us.
