I ordered in september 2025. Till now i have not received the item. I have emailed them a few times. The gave the tracking number but the status never changed. Item still not delivered. Can the authority do something about this? This is a scam.

This is clearly a scam

Ordered September delivery date was October and still nothing!!!! Chatted several times to a bot was told it was courier issues told my order was re sent still nothing now website not found and emails not delivered SCAMMERS 🤬

Is there any1 that can stop this being advertised on face book. And some1 investigate how they can take all our money and not send the item to us...if bankrupt, let us know or if a scam, shd this be dealt with ?

Very poor. Ordered my snack blend in September and not received. The tracking does not work and there’s no way to contact the company. Do not order!!!

Absolutely abysmal, do not buy from this company, I ordered in June and I never ever received my blenders, this company is obviously a scam company, every time I try to get hold of them I get their chatbot which is full of shite and they never answer the emails, if it was possible to give zero stars I would. PS, they have actually now taken down their website.

SCAM…Ordered 2 snack blends 11th Sep, surprise surprise, not received! AI chatbot no real customer service. Website now invalid. Have raised issue with shopify. I’ll see if I can claim back via my bank.

Ducking scammers. It's been more than 3 months now and I haven't received my order yet. Somebody please take some action against this scamming company. Bloody scammers, have some shame. Not even refunding the money.

Never received the product, they don't reply to customer service email, last tracking is on Oct 5th. Looks like a con. Don't give them cc details.

Absoultely fake. DO NOT trust them. I ordered an item on 16 August and haven't receive yet. There is no help available to get update. They gave me phone number to contact which even doesn't belong to them. I tried to get update more than 30 times but only AI generated answers were given. So this massive scam. Be alert.

Still havnt received order. I do t know how they can advertise on a well known social media site (Instagram) and get away with scamming people over something that looks so genuine. We should all get a refund from intstagram. It’s an absolute joke tbat we are being scammed. It makes my blood boil

I am really disappointed with this company. A.I Customer service does answer you but there is no help and all it says its it out for delivery. I asked for the tracking details and they can not provide them. I placed my order 30/09/25 it is now 12/11/25
