I cannot recommend Samantha highly enough! We purchased a new build three months ago, and she conducted a thorough inspection the very next day after we moved in. The inspection lasted six hours, and Samantha's attention to detail was remarkable. She examined areas that we wouldn't have thought to check and uncovered issues that most people would overlook, focusing on the integrity of the entire property rather than just cosmetic flaws.

Samantha identified significant problems, including issues with the lead flashing on the roof, improperly sealed areas in the shower, and even the presence of baby slugs! Additionally, she noted marks and scratches on the windows, kitchen doors, and appliances that had been wired incorrectly. She discovered that the spotlight fixtures were installed in holes that were too large and highlighted potential leakage problems in the front garden.

Thanks to Samantha's expertise, we avoided what could have been serious issues down the line. Her detailed report allowed us to address these concerns promptly with the building development, providing us invaluable peace of mind knowing our home is safe and sound. Their 'snag' report was excellent, clear and concise and referenced the regulations where needed.
Samantha was also happy to discuss the report with the builder to answer any questions they had, which was a great help!!!.
