Really impressed with how thorough a job Rob did. Picked up things we never would have, some of them minor simple fixes but would have easily been missed by us.

Rob went out to our new build for a snagging inspection. The report came back the same day and had things I’d not have thought of.

Rob is absolutely excellent, professional from start to finish and has a great eye for what he does. He spotted things I never would have and has a very broad knowledge.

We had some issues with our builder and he provided advice to get things sorted, which they did in the end.

He goes through every snag with you and provides information of how they should be sorted, he also offers his assistance once the job is complete if any issues arise.

The price is also very competitive for what you get, he includes things like the thermal imaging and drone footage at no extra cost.

I recently worked with Rob while purchasing a new build property in North London and he has been nothing short of exceptional! He is incredibly diligent and thorough, very responsive (replies to emails quickly), and provides clear and professional reports within the same day! As a first-time buyer, I was anxious and clueless and I bugged him with SO many questions. He was always friendly, helpful and really went above and beyond to explain things to me, sometimes weeks after his inspection. He spotted a number of important issues with the property (not just cosmetic imperfections), which I was able to quickly resolve with the seller thanks to his great report and detailed explanations. I have already booked him for a Revisit and will undoubtedly use him / recommend him in the future!!

Rob from Snagged.co.uk completed the snaglist survey for our new-build property. We couldn't have asked for a better snaglister. He was highly professional, arrived on-time and explained the process clearly and efficiently. He went through every nook and cranny of the property and found snags we would never have noticed if we attempted snaglisting ourselves. He even sent a drone into the loft to check on the roof structure, and around the outside of the property to look at the building structure. The entire job was done in under 3 hours and Rob sent us a 100 page professionally compiled document including all photos the same evening. He even offered to provide assistance should the developers prove difficult in fixing up the 60 snags he found. You will not find the same value for money with any other snaglisting company, as Rob includes all services in his fee - nothing is considered an "optional extra" and everything is included. I would recommend Rob again and again, thank you snagged.co.uk!
