I used the service to evaluate my new built property, surprisingly he is able uncover many issues that would have gone unnoticed, Gabriel has done the excellent work. I would recommend to use Gabriel if anyone wishes to do snag survey.

Great help, has managed to spot a number of issues that we would not have seen or known about. We had come nearly to the end of our 2 year warranty and still a number of things were found. Would deffinetly recommend.

Gabriel completed a snagging survey at short notice on a new build apartment that I am about to exchange on. Gabriel Knows his stuff and went through our property with a fine-tooth comb. We were issued with an 84 page report the following day with photographs of all defects, big and small with clear and concise explanations and fixes.

Some gas piping was found to be incorrectly installed and he made sure to take out the fuse to the boiler and shut off the hob, so that we were not left in any danger. He also clearly explained what he had found.

Gabriel did such a thorough job and picked up on everything we could spot and so much more. He was patient when our site manager was late letting him into the property and communicated it all clearly to us. Only thing was the report took a couple of days longer than initially expected but it was over a busy weekend where a lot of our neighbours were also using his services. Highly recommend Gabriel!!

I had the need to get a detailed snagging report ahead of my warranty finishing.
I contacted Gabriel based on Trust Pilot reviews and he still exceeded my expectations.

Gabriel has real site management and construction experience, from both residential and commercial backgrounds.

This meant that not only was he able to advise me on issues faced better than the actual developers, he took the time to notice the things that mattered and I wasn't aware of. He was able to spot flaws that are in breach of regulation and also things that haven't been done to best practice. - structural, electrical, aesthetics and even design flaws.

Even though I was aware of how tight his schedule was, at no point was I rushed.

I feel empowered after my conversation with Gabriel that I can deal with my problematic developer and have the background information to go in with.

I have had snagging reviews before but will only be using this service going forward.

Please believe all of the great reviews on this page. The only thing is I wish I had used Gabriel before i moved in as a lot of these items could have been ticked off quickly and saved stress with the developer.

Used this service to inspect a new build property and Gabriel definitely exceeded my expectations with the level of excellence and detail provided in the report.
