Late at night I contacted a number of snagging surveyors after my one contacted me to let me know he wasnt carrying any out till after lockdown. Grant from SnaglistPro responded immediately and offered his services. I booked a survey with him which has been carried out in great detail and a full report with photos, drone footage, thermal imaging has been sent to me. My purchase is a bit complicated and Grant has been available many times for some telephone advice. Its obvious he is passionate about what he does and I would have no hesitation in using him again for a future new build purchase.

I was blown away with the attention to detail Grant provided on the property. Having a professional look for defects I would not have looked for myself, and then produce a professional report for the developer was a massive help.
There was not a stone unturned and i would thoroughly recommend.

Grant provided us with a great service. He was able to come out and snag our property quickly as we were working in tight timeframes. He done a thorough job- the sales team were surprised at how long he spent at the property which is good and also tells me other snagger surveyors probably rush through it.
We got a very detailed report the next day, another fantastic, quick turnaround. When you're buying a new property it’s worth spending a tiny bit more to ensure you don’t miss the rushed work and poorly finished jobs if there are any.

Extremely happy that we instructed Grant from Snag List Pro to complete our home inspection. He has gone over and above what we expected and we thoroughly recommend his company to others.

Grant was very helpful and did a good job at listing our snags. He missed 2 or 3 but was happy to add it to the list when we asked him. Certain things that he included on the list our Developer (new build) said that wouldn’t repair as it was due to “shrinking” but his list was still helpful at highlighting certain things that we missed. Certain photos in his list were difficult to see (too small) so would advice that he tries to improve on that. Grant was also very polite, willing to help and the price we paid was one of the best that we could find bearing in mind that included the “thermal imaging”. Many thanks.

Very pleased with the professional service we received. The inspection was very thorough and helped to identify snags which we would not have seen ourselves. The report which included pictures of the snags was issued timely after the visit. Would highly recommend the service to other new home buyers!
