Immediately cracked
Purchased a case and put it on. It was extremely tight fitting. Noticed the cut out for the charging port had immediately cracked. Contacted Snakehive to request a return as it was quite an expensive case and you wouldn’t expect to crack immediately. They refused the return request. Seriously? Never again. Absolutely disgusted.

Wrong case
I ordered a Pixel 10 Pro XL case and received a case for a Pixel 10a. The difference isn’t subtle. The case is significantly smaller and the camera cutout doesn’t come close to lining up.
It’s completely unusable. What makes this worse is that the box is labeled Pixel 10 Pro XL, which means this isn’t a simple picking error; your quality control failed at multiple points. Instead of fixing the problem, your support team who I have been in contact with via email required me to take and submit several photos to prove something that is incredibly obvious. Before you respond and tell me to email you, I already have.
Customers should not be doing your quality control for you after you send the wrong product.
The case I received appears to be well made, but that’s irrelevant because it’s not the product I ordered, cannot be used, and there has been no resolution; no refund, replacement, or exchange has been provided. This was a frustrating and unnecessary experience.

My third case from Snakehive as well as…
My third case from Snakehive as well as having bought 2 for my Mum. Arrived promptly and the same top quality as the last two. My last one lasted for 5 years. I’m not sure if this one will do quite as well as I got a suede one instead of the vintage leather.

Looks lovely - but lasts about 2 years or so
I contrast to the many terrific reviews, I have now owned two Snakehive leather iphone cases.
Both have fallen prey to the adhesive holding the phone case to the leather cover coming away after a couple of years.
Whether this is normal ‘wear and tear’ for a phone case that is (for me at least) used to a normal level is a matter of opinion. But I would expect more than a couple of years from a product that is sold on quality.
To put it bluntly,I might as well buy a cheapo case from Amazon if that is the average lifespan of these cases.
I have stuck it back together using superglue, but I am disappointed to be having to do that so soon.

Quick and easy order process
Quick and easy order process. Love the tempered glass camera cover and the fact you get two! I picked the green leather case with a kickstand. It does the job but the kickstand could be a bit sturdier? The previous one I had was thicker, and I do think this one looks sleeker but functionally would be better a bit thicker imo. Feels lightweight and looks chic so deffos dont regret the buy and would buy again as quality appears good!
