I can’t reach them

I can’t reach them. I’ve written 4 different emails. The MIWA vacuum I bought has a defective battery right out of the box. It won’t take a full charge, stopping at 30% charge. It runs well for about 5 minutes on full power before starting to fade. I’ve recieved ZERO response from SnapBuy. NOTHING!
Going to report them to X for shoddy business practices. Seems like it will be a decent vacuum if the battery works as it should.

Today, 5/3, I recieved an immediate response from their customer support via the “returns” option. They offered me a 20% refund of the purchase price. I’d keep the unit. I did not accept that offer, instead asking again for a new battery. I haven’t heard back on that.

MIWA vacuum cleaner- spare battery

I ordered a MIWA vacuum cleaner and spare battery over two weeks ago. I received the vacuum with attachments and battery about a week ago but did not receive the spare battery that I paid for. I have been getting the runaround from their customer service telling me that they haven’t heard back from the manufacturer. Although I love the vacuum cleaner, it does not hold a charge long enough for me to do my entire house. This is why I wanted a spare battery and paid for one. I am seeing that this company is not very reputable and I’m sorry that I made the purchase and now I’m having to chase them down to try to get what I purchased.

Do NOT buy from Snapbuy.us

I ordered a vacuum from Snapbuy.us. I was told I would receive it in 6-8 business days. I received another email that pushed the date forward a week. When I didn't receive the vacuum in three weeks, I emailed them to cancel my order. They replied to tell me they were sorry. Then I received another email in a different language. For the second time, I replied, telling them to cancel my order. (In the meantime, I bought another vacuum from Amazon.) Snapbuy emailed me again, saying the product was on its way. It did, indeed, arrive a few days later. For kicks and giggles, I charged the vacuum to see if it would last the 70 minutes it was advertised to last. It lasted 17 minutes on the middle level. Not only is Snapbuy a scam, but its product also didn't live up to its promise. I am still waiting for Snapbuy to tell me how to return the product.

Garbage company

Initially was pleased with the so called "performance tablet," and I fell for all the positive reviews on their website. The tablet was dropped and the touch screen stopped working, so having purchased the warranty I reached out for help. I was first told that customer service needed to connect with the manufacturer, and I've never heard back despite repeated attempts to communicate by email. The phone number for the US site is in Germany, my fault for not realizing that before I bought the product. It's impossible to have it repaired locally because no one has compatible parts. A garbage, scammy company and a waste of a few hundred dollars. Lesson learned and buyer beware.

Terrible, terrible customer support

Terrible customer support! We bought an X7 vacuum from SnapBuy in August 2025 with a one year warranty. A part failed in September 2025. SnapBuy said they would have the factory send us a new part. Then they said it was shipped but repeatedly would not give me any information about it including the tracking number. It never arrived. Then they said they’d reimburse me for the part. BUT THE VACUUM IS USELESS WITHOUT THE PART. EITHER SEND ME THE PART, SEND ME A NEW VACUUM, OR REIMBURSE ME FOR THE ENTIRE VACUUM.
