Ordering Easy - Thereafter Customer Service 👎

Ordering was easy.
Thereafter not much customer service.

Requested Shipment delayed 3 days, so I would be at home, not read/actioned, dispatched immediately.
Delayed courier and confirmed, Snape's courier not mine (Snape's responsibility), delivered immediately while away.

Suggest review of dispatch and courier..

Great shopping experience.

I found Snape and Sons when I was trying to buy a replacement electric blanket. They had the one I as searching for and it arrived when they said it would and it was well packaged.

Snape & sons had the solution…

Needed something to keep my herbal teapot that I also use as a cafetière because of the infuser, didn’t want all different sized thermal wraps or other alternatives. Remembered the old teapot cosy from my childhood so looked for the most suitable for my needs & eventually saw the “Stellar” in black with silver lettering, abs perfect & suited some of the colours in my kitchen. Typically everywhere was sold out but after perseverance saw Snape & sons had one & at a reasonable price so ordered. It came very quickly & well packaged that I’ve noticed I get from using these small valuable family companies. Very happy indeed & will definitely use them again…
