The shipping /boxing was top notch. The printer showed up in a couple days.
Calibration was very easy and what a gas with the 4 tool heads.
I have had the j1s for a couple if years and it is still going strong. Butwith Klipper and the upgrade firmwares available this is a gem!

Better than the rest
I have all the bambu machines and some anycubics and I'm so impressed with the snapmaker u1 to the point it's my go to printer for pla and petg... I can't wait for the top to try some other filaments... Amazing machine and thank you for the opportunity to own an amazing device.

I liked that the printer came well…
I liked that the printer came well packaged and free of damage. I hate that the only shipping option is FedEx and there is no expedited option or overnight upgrade. FedEx is absolutely terrible to deal with leaving my package arriving 3 days late, being misled and wasted time traveling to different FedEx locations after I was promised by their customer support it would be there. I have never had a good experience with FedEx and normally would not even purchase a product that only has FedEx as a shipping option, but I made an exception for this printer.

Filament feeder went out in U1 Printer
I had an issue with a part on my Snapmaker U1 3D Printer. I contacted them through the support email address on the website.
I explained the problem and within a short time they responded. They asked me to perform a couple of test to verify the issue.
I did what they asked and replied.
They confirmed what the issue was and said they would ship the part I needed. It arrived in the time expected.

Love this machine ! It’s arrived and was handled a bit rough by fed ex, however do to it being packed securely it worked just fine not even a scratch! Multicolor printing is worlds faster and amazing quality!

I'm "Greatly Pleased" with this 3D printer!
The packaging was great.
The instructions and follow along videos for set up are easy for beginners. My first few prints were great and I am fairly new to the game. I didn't change any settings.
I definitely recommend.
