Purchased a pair of sneakers on the 26th of March. On the 28th they said I can have them in 4 to 5 days. On the 31st they said the parcel will be late. Sent message on instagram. Rude customer service. They said they ship in 14 days and it's on the website, but on the website it is 2-10 days.
They cancelled my order. I filled official complaints in Hungary. I don't recommend the experience.
I've order a pair of NewBalance 9060.The product is authentic, you can scan the qr code inside and you're redirected to the official NewBalance site and their data is matching.
The issue was with the delivery time and I won't order again from them, it was almost a month ( 8 august - 3 september). If you don't care when the sneakers will get to you, you can order, if not go to other store.
The only satisfactory thing was the refund.
I have ordered an older release of a AJ1, which took 3 weeks to arrive. The shoes was not in the original box (it was a black Jordan box, not a black Nike as it supposed to be) and even the the head of the box was missing, as it got lost, they said. I did not even checked further the authenticity of the shoe after seeing all these.
