Do not use this website!

Do not use this website!! They try and make you pay extra for normal customer service and if you don't pay the premium price, you're basically out of luck if you need help. All I needed was a half size bigger. No luck. The first response was that I could not get a refund. I just wanted the right size. I ordered a new pair, hoping they would at least let me send back the ones that are too big. Once again, I get a response from Samantha, the not-so-nice customer service person, who said, sorry, we don't do exchanges. So this pair is going back regardless and I'll be sure not to exceed the ridiculous 14-day return policy this time and it will be the LAST time I ever order from this site, and encourage you all to avoid it.

What an absolute joke of an event

What an absolute joke of an event. The website completely exaggerates the size and scale of the event and the £26 ticket price was a complete rip off.
I was expecting over 300 stalls as quoted on the website but most were individuals selling a few trainers on sheets on the floor. Do not bother going if there is a 2025 event. I felt completely ripped off. Avoid….!

Absolutely awful event in London

Absolutely awful event in London, about 10 stalls with such generic shoes. The venue looked empty aside from the poor victims who, like me, spent £25 a ticket to come to a rubbish excuse for a convention. I really want a refund I feel completely let down by this event considering we travelled well over an hour to get there without the queue to even get in! Awful do not come here.

What an absolute joke for london

What an absolute joke for london. A whole country obsessed with sneakers and you somehow managed to put on the worst event possible. People don't want to buy oud and fake nike cushions. The quantity of traders was a joke and the expectation of charging people 26 pound to enter what can only be described as a car boot sale of scrap. Don't bother putting on an event if you can't fill it with traders let alone people to attend. Are you not embarrassed ? Never experienced such rude traders also. It was that bad that if the event was free, I'd still be disappointed I attended

The worst run con ever

The worst run con ever. Denver, March 30, 2024. We were in line 20 mins before event started. It’s been an hour and 20 minutes now, and we aren’t even 1/2 way to getting in. There are thousands of people, and sneakcon has two security guards who have to screen everyone. People who just arrived might not even get in before the event closes. Not kidding. Whoever is running this should be fired bc every person in line is talking about how they will never do this again. All bc some dumbass isn’t smart enough to know they would need more security entrances and guards. Weak.

This was a nice one-time experience…

This was a nice one-time experience with all of the side events, DJ's and things, but if you wear a size 13 or higher OR you're looking for variety, you'll be out of luck. I could count on 1 hand the amount of vendors that had size 14 and above. Additionally, this show was essentially NIKEcon as all they had were Jordan's with a smattering of Kobe's. I didn't see any Adidas, Reeboks or any other brands. I can get the same thing from going to the local mall for free. Walked out empty-handed and disappointed. I'll never go again.

I recently sold a pair of pre-owned…

I recently sold a pair of pre-owned Jordan 1’s Retro Pine Green not in original box on eBay. Before they were received by the buyer they went to Sneaker Con for authenticity verification. I received a message from eBay stating that the authentication partner Sneaker Con “Could not verify authenticity” of the shoes, the buyer was refunded their money, I was charged for all shipping expenses and my seller rating and reputation on eBay tarnished and basically labeled as a scammer.
I found a website which has an extensive database of UPC product numbers for legitimate authentic products such as MacBooks, IPhones and rare or limited release sneakers etc. I entered the UPC number located on the tag inside the Jordan 1’s which were basically judged as fake by Sneaker Con into the search box of this website and the number was instantly verified as authentic and displayed the size, colour, year of manufacture of the same sneakers I had in my possession. But eBay stated that the outcome of the failed authenticity check cannot be reversed and they will not allow me to relist the item again for sale.
In my opinion if a job cannot be done correctly it should not be done at all. Thanks Sneaker Con.

It's been 12 days since I sold my sneakers and 7 days since it was delivered to it's new owner. I have sent multiple emails to sneakercon with no response. They won't even responsed to let me know anything.
