Do not buy from here then sell fake items and then don't send return labels also the picture of the blue vapour max with gold was totally different to when they came and the trainer had no tags also they say their sending return tags and they don't they ignore you

Faulty shoes
I bought a pair of trainers and within 3 days the sole started coming off them. I contacted them for a refund and they said they cannot accept the refund unless I have the original box. By law they have to accept a return if an item is faulty never will I use them again

Shocking customer service and looks like an online scam. Ordered £128 Nike air max 90 duck camo trainers on the 14th July the store said my order was dispatched int he 16th July 2025. It is now the 24th July and my order still says dispatched the customer service is shocking they do not answer phones and won’t reply to email. Royal Mail have received no information to deliver my order from the seller. Angry upset customer please people don’t order from these scam websites.

NOT AUTHENTIC & WILL JUST REBRAND AGAIN.
I ordered some trainers from this Company. At first glance they were fine to my eye. After then further inspection they are NOT authentic which I wouldn’t mind if they was £50 but they are £160.
The lace holes/shape of shoe/bubble in trainer are all completely different to the authentic pair I have now bought from a high street store.
I contacted sneakersforest and they have informed me they cannot refund the trainers & will not be.
Awful company with awful customer service - DO NOT USE ( Unless you want a copy trainer for a high cost)
