I would never purchas off this website again still have never recived my item shocking service and customer service us non existence no parcel and no refund yet

Update 2/22/2025: Since I first reported this issue, Mr. Kinsella refunded my payment through my PayPal account. My apologies to him because I did not understand that his business does not ship to the U.S.A. This misunderstanding on my part might have been prevented had the Sneakers Store website displayed this fact more prominently. "Sneakers Store" appears to be a scam. Someone going by the name of "Emmett Kinsella" took my PayPal payment for New Balance shoes I ordered on 9/18/24. I have not received any communication from this "business" since. They are doing business at an internet address for "halobestshoe.shop". When I track my order on this site it simply says "Processing".

On June 4th I bought 4 pairs of shoes for over 75$. On July 20, I got a pair of fake sunglasses.
I went to my bank to try and get my money back.
And I was told to stop ordering from sites I don't know.
Bad bad company and people that is doing this to others.😢
And I wish I could get the police after them.

Bought a pair of Adidas shoes before reading the reviews for this website. Felt extremely foolish and immediately cancelled my credit card. Eventually a fake Versace base ball cap arrived from China. Avoid at all costs it’s a scam.

Ordered a pair of shoes that I never received and then got a notification that someone tried to create a googlepay acct with my info. They ended up running a bunch of different charges on my card for Target that totaled over $4000. Luckily the bank took care of that. Wish I researched the site before I purchased.

I ordered a pair of Nikes on 6/26/20, it’s now 7/20/20 and I’ve received nothing. I should’ve checked reviews first bc they are ALL bad!!! 🤦‍♂️I feel like such an idiot!!! How can I get my money back????

Do not purchase from this site. On June 4,2020 the website appeared to be off sketchers and now June 14, is a fashion website. It scammed me of 70 plus dollars and is based of Singapore. The website sneakersstore.shop

I have purchased 4 pairs of sneakers and I was sent a fake Gucci scarf...how isthat possible from a Addidas sneaker store to a Gucci scarf...was never advertised at all..

Please becareful stay away from this site it is a scam. You will lose your hard earned cash.

Ordered a pair of trainers and they sent me a fake pair of a top brand name sunglasses. Crap. Think site is off now. Can not get it on web

I was stupid enough to purchase a pair of shoes from this website. STAY AWAY. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!! After payment, I got an email from xingbill.com. About 2 hours later, another email was received from jcappoc.com. I googled it and found numerous complaints related to xingbill and jcappoc.

This a scam site close it down China knockoff crap

Super sketchy site. After payment, the site said transaction failure, yet the next morning, my credit card is showing a pending payment for more than what the total was. Do not use.

This is a scam site - ordered shoes worth 90 pounds and got nothing. Do not fall for its professional appearance, good prices and products in all sizes and shapes - it's fake. My transfer was sent to some Chinese recipient and email I've got as a confirmation gave no real information on where my orders is and when I can expect it to come. Cheaters and thieves - choke on my money!

hacked site or scam site. no ssl encryption on payement and fraudulent activities on my cc after an attemp to purchase.

Avoid this site. I paid for trainers and received nothing. Scam site. I've reported the site and its being investigated.
