The service was perfect with information of my purchase when it was on the way. But that I have to pay duty for this was a little bit disappointed for me but it was just an amount of 20€ so it’s ok. I didn’t received the boxes until yet but they will delivery 2-3 days

To help reduce these fees we do Mark your parcel as a gift and declare it as low value, otherwise it would usually be a lot more.
Hopefully when the crates arrive you will be persuaded to change that 4 start to a 5 star 🤞😉
