I’m very disappointed with my order was stoled
I’m very disappointed with my experience with Sneeks. My package was delivered without requiring a signature, which made it easy for the item to be stolen from my building.
Now the package is missing, and nobody wants to take responsibility. The store has not offered a refund, replacement, or proper support to resolve the issue.
I understand delivery problems can happen, but the lack of customer support and accountability has made this a very frustrating experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on how this situation was handled.
