Snellers is unethical
Snellers is unethical. They charge applicants for fees for services they don't provide. I would steer clear of them at all costs. They have no integrity whatsoever.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

There was a lack of lighting on our street meaning parking spots and hallway entries were extremely dark. Was a particular issue during winter months where its a genuine hazard.
I reported it in november 2023, i approached them in a highly respectful and polite way providing all the details asked for such as photos etc.
We are now in may 2024 and the lighting issue still hasnt been resolved.
During these months, i sent very polite and professional update requests via emails and calls on progress and i in turn received respectful responses with a mentions of quotes and constant ‘any time soon we’ll fix it in next week etc.’
The Lighting issue was as simple as replacing bulbs as all the connections and light units are there. For some reason its been decided they will not appreciate my respectful approach and have ignored my latest emails.
I can’t do anything else than leave a bad review given the tough rental market where tenants do not want to bother landlords with such issues to help escalate (who themselves struggle with inefficient PMs)
I’ll continue to use my phone light to enter my property and not use my parking bay becuase of the lighting adding congestion to the street parking unfortunately.
It seems its yet another property management company that do not care about the people living in the places they are paid to maintain.
