Sniffer helps support, QA, engineering, and product teams capture and resolve bugs faster. Instead of relying on screenshots, long email threads, or vague customer reports, Sniffer gives teams the full context behind every issue including screen recordings, console logs, network requests, browser details, and user actions. Our platform helps teams move from “something is broken” to a clear, developer-ready diagnosis in minutes. Sniffer uses AI to generate reproduction steps, identify likely root causes, suggest fixes, and help prevent recurring issues with regression testing. Teams use Sniffer to improve customer support workflows, reduce back-and-forth between support and engineering, speed up debugging, and deliver better product experiences. Sniffer supports customer-facing recording links, in-app feedback collection, QA workflows, helpdesk integrations, engineering integrations, and AI-powered developer workflows. We believe bug reporting should not slow teams down. It should help teams fix problems faster, communicate clearly, and build better software. Capture. Diagnose. Fix. Prevent.

Improved Our QA Bug Reporting and Debugging Workflow

As a QA engineer, one of the biggest challenges is reporting bugs with enough context for developers to reproduce issues quickly. Before using Sniffer, a lot of time was spent writing detailed bug reports, attaching screenshots, recording videos separately, and still going back and forth with engineering teams for additional information.
Sniffer made the process significantly easier. The platform automatically captures screen recordings, console logs, network requests, browser details, and user actions in a single workflow. What stood out most was the AI-generated reproduction steps and technical diagnostics, which helped reduce the time spent manually documenting issues.
The Chrome extension and recording workflows are intuitive, and the ability to share developer-ready bug reports improved collaboration between QA and engineering. It became much easier to identify issues, reproduce bugs consistently, and speed up debugging during testing cycles.
Overall, Sniffer helped improve the quality of bug reporting while reducing repetitive communication between QA and developers.
