Incorrect filtering
Used this competition site for months but now each time I respond to their 'enter this competition' emails I get a message stating my email is blocked as it was marked as spam or incorrect. Well Snizl emails were not going into spam and obviously was correct as I've been getting their emails for months.

Im struggling to understand the 1 star simply because our email provider has reported back that there’s been a problem being able to send a mail to you, so we show you the pop up stating we don’t want you to miss out if you win and to get in touch so we can sort it for you.
Nevertheless if you want to share your info with us I can find the account and give more reasoning and as to what date emails started failing.
You can always turn off the newsletters via your account - but all we want is to make you aware that we’re struggling to get emails to you, even if they’ve got through in the past and we don’t want you missing a winner email.

Thank you for providing the extra details Ashley, there's limited information to go on now as you've completely deleted your account - but I can confirm that either there had been 3 soft bounces (these can be for example mailbox full or down), or 1 hard bounce which is a spam report/complaint or invalid email.
Either way, we could have re-enabled emails for you with no problem and provided better feedback.

Great Competition Site
Great site with new competitions added regularly. The competitions can be entered for free or for a small monthly you can automatically receive extra entries etc.
I recently won a Cadbury chocolate hamper. and the communication from Alex was great. I received the email one day to tell me that I'd won and asking to confirm my address details for delivery, and the hamper was received the following day.
Would definitely recommend this site for some free and simple to enter competitions.

Great communication
I pay a nominal charge each month to enter a number of free prize draws and Snizl are excellent when you win. Communication is good and delivery of prizes is timely.

don't waste your time or your money
been with this company for well over a year, subscribed to their gold comps which obvs you pay for but i've just deleted my account as i don't expect tons of wins to be paying in for over a year but not one win in the whole time i've been with them, yet you get spammed with emails and then you read the reviews on here and some people have won 2 or 3 comps, so either they've paid a subscription for the past 5 years to win 2 or 3 comps or snizl pick the same people over and over again to keep them in and you keep funding there "business". Don't waste your time guys, i suffer with my own demons and this has not helped, so to help keep my demons in, account deleted.

We've requested more information so we can give you a bit more info about your account and respond better but haven't received it yet but will update if we do.
I'm sorry you didn't get a win in the time you were with us, unfortunately, it's just down to the luck of the draw - as you've stated yourself, some people have had multiple wins, some people even win in their first few days with us.
We don't however choose winners, we can't. It's a random draw from the entries and yes Gold members do get more entries, but some of our biggest winners have been non-Gold members, for example, we've had TV's, Game Consoles, Swimming Pools etc won by our standard members.
It wouldn't have any benefit to us, in fact, the opposite, to choose the same winners multiple times so as disappointing as it is that you didn't have any wins with us doesn't mean it's the same for others, as the reviews show.
We only send our newsletters which include the comp entry reminders to non-Gold members too, as Gold members have a different one just confirming their entries once a month, so you must have had more than one account with us in which you didn't click the 'stop these emails' link at the bottom any email.
It's a shame that you chose to review instead of just dropping us a message also as we're very accommodating with people who get in touch with their concerns, we frequently give months free if the user is a Gold member or extra entries etc to people who feel they're not getting their luck!
Feel free to join us again though as you didn't need to delete your account - our competitions are free to enter with free delivery should you win.
Thanks, and again I'm sorry you didn't feel satisfied with your membership whilst you were with us.
