Absolutely LOVE my Lg red “Kiss My Airs” rug. Really good quality. Shipping did take a very long time. Assuming due to COVID-19. Now customer service was ON POINT! Any emails I sent. Someone replied back. Will def do business with them again. Hoping next time I receive my merch much quicker. But “patience is a virtue” Definitely recommended! Company.

I bought a Kiss My Airs doormat which I wanted for quite some time. The service was impeccable seeing as Snkrsupplies kept me up to date with the necessary information for my item, the turn around time was fantastic and the service as a whole was amazing down to the packaging the item came in. The quality of the item is top tier and overall I was happy with my purchase.

I'm unsure of why they don't have more 5 star ratings, quick and easy to get around site, add to cart and order.

Delivery was quick to say lockdown was still in full swing and the door mat is exactly ass expected.

Ecastic with my rug! Incredible service from the initial order to delievery the support team remained in contact and the rug arrived earlier than anticipated. I bought the snkr shoe bag it took a little bit of time to receive it due to covid 19 but i got my bag and have been using it now for a month, whether its to the beach, the court's, paintball, or bike ive had a place to safely store clouths and shoes

I ordered my mats, they arrived in a couple of days :)

I had a question after my order was placed and the team got back to me and resolved it within a couple of hours.

Yes the mats are not ultra high quality, but you get for what you pay for.

But you couldn't ask for a better seller.

No service really bad quality .. sent emails and pictures to get a refund but nothing no customer service

Ordered and received an invoice and that was the end of communications.
Send various emails. Messaged on Instagram and had my comments deleted.
Filed a claim on PayPal and my money was refunded.
Do not use this company if you want any rugs of any kind.

Bad bad bad bad . Never receive my package . I send a email 4 times i receive sale réponse with my tracking number. 👎

So this is my honest review
I had put an order in around a month ago and received it today, understandable due to covid-19 climate. After doing more research they are based in UK Bath or they ship from there, but it’s to be noted that the quality of product and the price paid in all fairness isn’t bad. I bought a large rug and was happy with the colour and the way it functioned as a non slip rug. The way it was packaged could have been better such as rolling it rather than folding because there are creases but they will come out once it’s laying flat for about 24 hours. I also received lanyards which I had bought, and they seem quite strong, I’m only going to use them for hanging my ID pass around my neck.
I think some people have had a bad experience and I think the company should reach out more to their customers if they are concerned about their orders. Also they should explain time delays, more communication needed from the company.
But happy with the products I received overall.

I only checked the reviews after I placed and paid for my order. This scared me a bit. Would I get my order? Would I get scammed.....? So I emailed the seller, asking for the tracking details, which I got within a hour. Nice and decent reply.

Some days passed, nothing, no update on the tracking. So I emaild again. With again a quick reply. So far so good!

Then the item arrived. Happy me! Only the quality isn on par with good brands. It feels cheap. But does look nice as a wardrobe gadget.

For me: Service 5/5 - Product 2/5 = Overal 3.5/5
