Love my new mattress. Excellent customer service from the team, were able to quickly resolve the slight hiccup with the delivery

Great mattress! It's comfy, my husband finds it more comfortable than me but that's just because I've got a bad back.

Now to the not so good:- it took 3 weeks to deliver it, despite saying it's in stock on the website. We had to sleep for 3 weeks on airbeds because the previous mattress had to be sent back, because it just wasn't comfortable and it made my back ache all the more.

Apart from that, I recommend the mattress!

I have now had my mattress for 6 weeks and can honestly say I have slept well. I no longer get night sweats like I did with my old mattress and I’ve not had broken sleep since using this mattress. I am also underweight and was expecting the mattress to be too firm for me but I’m so happy I tried this mattress as it’s not as firm as thought. It was a great purchase and I’m super happy with it and the extra bonus is that it’s non toxic. Thank you Snoozel Green.

I am so glad I took the leap and ordered the snoozel mattress - I had wanted an organic natural material mattress for quite a while but held back because of the cost. I eventually discovered Snoozel Green and was reassured by reading reviews like this on trustpilot.
I am so impressed by the quality and comfort - its beautifully made and in just under a week I am sleeping really well and have lost the lower back ache that I had been learning to live with on waking every morning…
The mattress arrived extremely well packaged which I really appreciated - there were a few hiccoughs re delivery but Snoozel kept me informed and now I am of the opinion it was 'well worth the wait'. I also have the mattress protector which fits well and is again very good quality and worth the extra money.
I highly recommend this company.

I bought the mattress because of the companies environmental stance .I bought my daughter one last year and she loves it. was very pleased to get hold of one of the "returned" mattresses for myself so saved a lot on the purchase .Cant see why anyone would return one of theses mattresses though. Lovely to unpack something that doesn't smell of chemicals , super comfortable and doing the right thing by the planet. great customer service, seamless delivery experience

I co-sleep with my baby and was always concerned about the chemicals in your typical mattress but an organic one purchased previously was not at all comfortable and I returned it. The snoozel green mattress is literally amazing, I don't know how they have done this but its medium firm so perfectly suited for me and little one yet its extremely comfortable, it didn't even take me any time to get used to it it was just amazing from the first night. I am soooo pleased, when my daughter sleeps in her own room we will certainly be purchasing a smaller mattress for her. I am so happy they did the social media campaign as thats how I discovered them. Oh also it came super quick and the delivery was very well organised. THANK YOU!!

You can feel the quality in the weight of the mattress - it's so heavy! But once in place, it feels breathable, comfortable, and stable - we get the feeling this will last us a very very long time.

The best value, organic mattress I could find. It is very comfortable. Communication with company was excellent. I am happy knowing I am not breathing in harmful chemicals.

Great bed. So comfortable with the topper. We get such good sleep now.

Wish we bought one sooner! So comfortable. And love that when I get up it doesn’t disturb my other half too.

My mattress was delivered two days ago. A completely hassle free buying experience and an amazing delivery company. The two-man crew were so helpful - I had a three hour slot allocated the day before and the called half an hour before they got to me on the day.

The mattress is so nice! It's very thick (high) compared to the competition and oozes quality. Make sure you have fitted sheets for a deeper mattress. I've slept on it two nights now and I just love how it feels. It's like my body can tell it's natural. I have a wool mattress protector, a wool duvet, wool pillows and 1000% cotton covers so I am cocooned in nature.

What a brilliant purchase!

The mattress was not compressed, not too soft but just right! I love it, however I didn't realise how deep it is or how heavy I'm a short person.
I still love my mattress

Fantastic mattress - this is a purchase I feel really good about. My husband and I spent weeks researching mattresses, and have commented several times in the past five months how we have zero regrets going for the more expensive, but super high quality mattress. We ended up buying a refurbished one for our guest room as well, and our friends have asked us where we got our mattress from because they found it so comfy--without any prompting from us!

Excellent product and service but mind the delivery charge. We were charged £30 for the premium delivery for a mattress protector. When we queried this we were told there is a minimum order value for the free delivery of £115. The premium delivery cost is reasonable if it was a heavy mattress being brought into the house, but unsurprisingly a mattress protector is small and light and doesn’t require a specialist 2 man delivery or installation- why a more economical post or courier option isn’t available I do not understand?!

This is a wonderful mattress! It’s made of organic, non toxic materials and is extremely comfortable. There are no worries about exposure to chemicals which gives me extra reassurance when I go to sleep. It is beautifully made and such a high quality mattress. I really am extremely happy to have found Snoozel Green!

Great service, great mattress. Very happy.

So far so good! Felt a bit hard the first couple of nights, but have really adjusted to it now. My long standing hip pain has eased and I'm sleeping really soundly. Really happy to now be sleeping on natural materials.
