Snoozy Sleeps enrolled me in a subscription for over 3 months unknowingly. I emailed them twice to unsubscribe, never heard back and they still kept charging me. I did not get anything for that unwanted subscription either.
SCAM to me.

I purchased a pillowcase from this company and what happened afterwards was completely unacceptable. Without my clear knowledge or informed consent, I was automatically enrolled into a £19-per-month subscription.
There was no prominent or transparent warning during checkout that I was agreeing to recurring charges. I only became aware of the subscription after spotting unexpected payments leaving my account.
What made the situation even worse was the cancellation process- unnecessarily complicated and frustrating- basically impossible- a total scam. It should not take significant time and effort to cancel a subscription — especially one I never knowingly signed up for!!!
This felt extremely misleading and has entirely destroyed my confidence in this retailer. Customers deserve honesty and clarity, not surprise charges and barriers to cancelling.
I strongly recommend that anyone considering buying from this company reads every detail carefully and keeps a close eye on their bank statements. Based on my experience, I would never trust this retailer again and would advise to NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

I would give zero stars if I could. This company is a complete scam and creates fake orders and then charges your card without authorization. Their website is a complete loop of unaccountability.

This company is a SCAM. The pillow cases are not the quality I expected and then they charge you $19/mo for NOTHING, which is not very transparent when you order. RUN from this company. They should be out of business.

Total scam in every way. Took a month to receive (despite multiple broken promises of delivery dates), and then when I finally got the pillowcases, they were NOTHING like what was promised or pictured. They were cheap polyester knockoffs drop shipped from China with no labeling, no piping, no zippers, and NO silk or silver anywhere to be found. Worst of all, they will start charging you $19 monthly for...literally nothing. They claim on their website in very fine print that it's a "subscription" for "member-only deals"-- HAHA! and that you can cancel any time, but there is no actual way to cancel. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.

Order was placed 11/28/2025, never arrived. Emailed support multiple times, claimed the order was shipped but couldn’t provide tracking#. Finally on 1/17/2026, I was told they called shipping company and package was lost. Fortunately they did refund me. I don’t trust this company.

THIS COMPANY IS SHADY. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They will automatically sign you up for a monthly subscription without your knowledge. I was charged $19 twice in one month for their subscription.

Don’t do it! The most important thing is that the quality is terrible! Definitely does not look like silk and the stitching looks amateur. Literally donated them to charity.
Also, they scammed us into some monthly membership fee we had to try to get out of.
And lastly, they promised they pillowcases would arrive by Christmas but didn’t arrive until 2 weeks later!

I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. As many other customers have reported, their subscription practices are misleading. In June 2025, they publicly stated that they would implement clearer communication so customers understood they were enrolling in a membership. However, as of January 2026, nothing has changed. The membership information is still obscured, and in my case, I was unknowingly charged twice per month for several months. Had I not discovered this, the charges would have continued indefinitely.
I contacted the company to cancel my subscription and requested a refund, particularly for the duplicate charges. Not only did they continue to charge me after I submitted my cancellation request on December 31st, but they also claimed my subscription was cancelled only after billing me again on January 2nd. Throughout this process, they have refused to take responsibility.

Overall this experience has lead me to lose faith in humanity. How a company would operate like this is beyond fathomable. The irony being this is their core principle:

The Snoozy Happiness Team is your go-to when you need a recommendation, a refund, or just a reason to smile. Seriously, reach out. Even just to say hi.” - This was taken from their website and well I am far from happy. This whole experience has been mentally draining.

Beware seems legitimate however they automatically enroll you into subscription without any warning or notification prior to purchase or warning anywhere to suggest this will happen and take £19.00 subscription out! A month!!!
Have eventually replied to my many emails and messages asking to unsubscribe but have still blocked them from taking out of bank with my bank service as they have ability to change merchant ID to do this!
My UK bank confirms multiple people affected by same scam with this company!

It's a scam!

They enroll you in a membership without you knowing it (it's in the buried fine print), then charge your card multiple times without shipping the items, which is against their own terms & conditions.

They've already charged my card 3 times in the last two weeks and ignored me asking them to refund the charges.

Report them to your credit card company!
Hope they shut down for good.

Never received my items, got charged a subscription fee that they DO NOT disclose during any point of check out. When you try to call, no one answers, when you email, no one responds, and the chat bot on their page says it will connect you to a rep but never does. Avoid this site like the plague. I filed chargeback for my items, as there’s no way to get in touch with anyone about your order.

Such a scam. I never received one of the items and it was a Christmas gift. I have reached out numerous times with no response. I am also being charged $19 so far every 2 days for a membership that I didnt realize I signed up for. I have tried to cancel the membership several times with no luck!! I just called the # and of course a sketchy voicemail. I am reporting to my card company.

I ordered silk pillowcases for my son on 12/10. I got a message that it was packed and shipped on 12/14. I still hadn't received it by 12/24. I emailed them and told that my order would be the next batch out. It's 12/28, I still haven't recieved anything from them except for 2 $19 charges for a monthly membership that I never knew existed or signed up for! Now I'm pissed, more about the monthly membership that you're automatically signed up for when you buy a pillowcase. It's a shady dishonest company. Spend your money somewhere else.

After purchasing a pillow case it also charged me $19 a week after and another $19 the next DAY! A complete scam!!

I have been waiting 2 weeks for any kind of update about my order and no response. I have emailed, tried to call and it goes to a voicemail every time. Don’t buy from here. Now I have to scramble to find gifts.

UPDATE; I received 2 packages from AliExpress with cheap scratchy pillowcases!! I looked the cases up and they are 3.28 on aliexpress. They will not address this and told me if I don’t want them it is on me to send them back. BUYER BEWARE

They had a deal going on, an amazing deal i thought. But i soon found out they secretly sign you up for a subscription for 19 dollars a month. I ordered my pillow cases on the 7th and it's still saying unfulfilled today is the 21st. I'm hoping they respond to my cancelation request for the subscription and the pillowcase , seeing from other reviews that may not happen.

I was totally unaware that I had joined a subscription service, this was not clear to me at all. I thought I had just ordered two pillowcases, which I paid for at the time. I've since discovered I have been paying £20 a month for the past few months. I am also very disappointed in the pillows they haven't helped at all. It has ended up being a very costly exercise. Do not recommend.

I ordered two pillow cases on sale. Transaction was fine, goods arrived.

The next month I saw a transaction for an additional £18, the month after the same again.

Snoozy keep you card details and charge you a monthly subscription few hoping you won’t notice. What do you get for that subscription… more ‘discounts’ off more pillows…

I logged into their web site to remove my payment details and they wouldn’t let me.

I asked for a refund and they refused,

Snoozy suggest discounts to sign you up to a stealthy subscription service and then hope you won’t notice the fees.

Do not order from this company it is a scam. I did not realise when I order the silk pillowcase I was going to get charged the next month another £19. When researching into it they falsely sign you into a snoozy collective membership subscription. Meaning you can get 50% unlimited discount on all products. If you have ordered from them I would go straight onto their website where it says contact us and cancel your subscription.
