Personal service - they get things resolved for you when you are not super technical.

They have great customer support. They promptly answer questions and go above and beyond to assist. All reps I dealt with were great and Fernando was excellent!

I'm new here, but I've been registered on different platforms (let's say Snov's competitors), and what I'd love to notice here is that it was pretty cool to get a call from the Snov.io representative, Solomiia Zvarych.

Usually, I don't like to postpone any actions in my life, so Solomiia agreed to contact me in a few hours and dive deeper into this product with all the needed features I was looking for.

Also, I had some issues with using it after the call, so I've got the full support from Yehor in the live chat, where he helped me out with everything I needed.

I'm pretty happy to start working with Snov.io and would recommend it to everyone, even at the beginner stage

It has the features that I was expecting: email tracker.

Valeriia was fantastic. She took the time to explain everything during the onboarding call. We never felt rush and she was very competent.

Poor experience so far. The Leads system they have, I built a list and sent a campaign. Most emails bounced back. The warming up system is pethatic, been warming up emails for more than 3 months but emails ended up landing in spam.

Just found out this company has obtained my data from somewhere. I don’t know how or who they bought it from but I want my data removed.

I have been using Snov for over 4 years now. In the past 2 months it started routing all the hyperlinks through malicious websites.

Deliverability of my emails have dropped to almost 0 and it took me a long time to find the issue. This, in turn, caused a lot of problems for me.

If you see your emails going to spam or even your whole ongoing threads moving to spam, hover over the hyperlinks that are being tracked through Snov and see where they lead. It's either they are compromised or simply running a scam.

Genuinely the worst experience I've had with any Chrome extension.
