I placed an order on Sept.9, 2023 and received confirmation and tracking number from 17 Track. I have written 3 emails and contacted them via their FaceBook page and no response.

Where's my order???
Placed an order two weeks ago. They sent a tracking number that didn't work.when I queried this I got an ambiguous message in very poor English blaming the courier. I asked for a new tracking number or a refund. I was told to be patient and have heard nothing since.
