A stock was missing from the database. I contacted support and in less than 30 minutes, the stock was available to add to my portfolio! Excellent customer service!

Overall the app is good. It provides great tools to track dividends and analyze portfolios. 3rd party support for account sync functions is variable. I have 3 "brokers": Vanguard, Webull, Coinbase. The API for Webull and Coinbase allows account sync same day in most cases. Vanguard seems to take 1+ weeks. Probably not snowball's issue and fix lies with vanguard but it's something to be aware of for a potential subscriber.

My issue was read and resolved same day!!!

1)I had MSTU shares in my portfolio and there was a stock split, and it was reported as having yielded over 1000% returns... something that never happened
2)Profitability varies across different computers or platforms. I dont why

Snowball is a solid portfolio tracking app at a good price. It allows up to easily manage funds across various portfolios in a simple to follow dashboard interface. There are automatic ways to import data but we choose to import manually, and this works very well. Tracking of dividends, splits etc is all handled quite well. The few occasions I have contacted support they have been attentive and responded quickly.

Every time I run into issues support gets back to me very quickly and ether has a quick way to correct the issue or tells me they are working and it will be fixed by X date.

One good addition to the platform would be stock valuation calculators, like the one recently launched at "tikr" I believe this could add value for clients by providing access to past and future trend indicators and ratios.

I’ve been a happy user for quite some time. I’ve tried several portfolio software platforms, but this one has become my favorite.

Recently, I bought an ETF that wasn’t in their database. I emailed them to ask if it could be added. Within just two hours, the team had already added my ETF. That’s what I call service!

This wonderful tool updates my portfolio on a daily basis along with providing a detailed analysis of my holdings including Total Return. Additionally, Snowball Analytics tracks my dividend information in a dividend calendar which I find to be very helpful 😊.
