I'm finding Snowball to be an extremely helpful and informative platform to use to assist with tracking my investments. I find the dividend calendar to be especially useful for my style of investing. I find myself spending a lot of time on the platform because it's so useful not to mention fun to look at. I also had a question for the help team and was very pleased with the quick and friendly reply I received. It was really encouraging to know there are real people that are helpful and friendly supporting the users.

I was having an issue with Snowball displaying data for the wrong ticker. Fairly quick response with the exact solution needed. Exactly what you want with technical customer support

Friendly and efficient customer support. Platform has its flaws such as the lack cost-on-average function in which is a little disappointing, but over experience was great with a safe brokerage syncing function and friendly UI. Hope the team releases the on demand missing feature soon.

I find the Snowball Analytics app and website really easy to use and is so helpful for following the performance of my portfolio. I previously kept spreadsheets but like many found the manual collation and inputting of data from my various platforms really tedious or even tricky to standardise due to the varying formats across each of the platforms. I did have an issue with one stock I recently added but when I emailed the team, they fixed it within the hour (and it was a Saturday!). Very good value too, especially if you purchase within one of their offer periods.

Gives me everything I need to manage my Portfolio.

Responsiveness to estimate, paid and declared dividends is superb.

The best app to following several portfolios!

Excellent tool to follow the Portfolio Holdings with different valuations: either in Holding's currency or translated into your Home Currency for correct subtotals. Cash management is very good (also shows the realized gain/loss on the cash items, during the periods when cash is not invested). Additional information can be displayed in popup windows by clicking on certain cells (it shows the component parts used in calculations).
One slight thing is missing: the Foreign Exchange Gain/Loss cannot be displayed neither on item level nor at the total line. It would be important when your Home Currency is fluctuating against €,$,£,¥, etc).

So far so good. Simple and easy to use.

I asked a question regards the valuation of an ETF I hold and got a great response in less than 24 hrs that explained things perfectly.

The sync feature is really inconsistent and such a pain. It frankly makes me not want to use it. If that was fixed this app would be perfect

offers lots of insight, although i am having issues with my portfolio brokerage account being incorrect, and not having my correct profits.

I signed up for the trial with Snowball Analytics and very shortly was sold on purchasing the subscription due to the sheer amount of tools, tracking, and projections. Very impressive. Though what really thrilled me about the value in what I had spent, was when I noticed one asset had an error(from a reporting update, not Snowball) and after only an hour was reached out to by the team to notify me that the error had been rectified to account for the update which put projections right back on track.

The interface is slick and simple, yet provides me with customisable ways to present my portfolios how I want them. They have got the interface right - very reactive. My portfolio doesn't change much so it suites me fine to copy my portfolio into snowball from the site I use to trade within.

The customer service is congruent with it's slick, capable interface - I get answers very quickly by people who know what they're doing, so I trust the system.

I love the way I can view holdings/transations/dividends for any of the portfolios I create or the combination portfolios that give me different views of my underlying portfolios.

Readability

Great analytics of individual holdings as well as composite groups of holdings, easy to customize information and reports that help me make decisions on managing all my portfolios.

SNOWBALL is a great Tool,only one problem does the Dividens get up dated automatically?Other from that I am very happy with it thanks.This has not bin resolved regarding the CASH feature I am still in the Negative $142,686.please resolve.I am waiting patiently

I’m writing to express my frustration with the ongoing inconsistencies in your platform and the very poor quality of customer support I’ve experienced. It’s incredibly disappointing that there isn’t a working phone number for technical support. Relying solely on email has proven ineffective — the responses are often vague and require repeated clarification, which wastes time and leaves most issues unresolved.

While the software itself may have potential, for the average user it’s extremely confusing without clearer explanations or real-time assistance. At this point, I’m very upset with how difficult it has been to get direct and meaningful help.

I strongly urge you to improve your customer support process — especially by providing a phone line or live chat option for technical assistance.

It's a great way to follow your investments, but I'm having issues with my SIPP not updating, likely due to my SIPP provider. I've also got data errors and find it hard to resolve them. The last issue is with my ISA, not my SIPP. my ISA added twice my dividend payments this month due to a bug showing I sold a stock, which I haven't, so I uploaded the data again and stuck now stuck with double and cant sort that out

It impressive. But the reason four giving 4 stars, is that i have t buy 2 apps Snowball Analytics to be able to follow my wife's porfolio. You should at least let couples that are married , to be able to add their investment together. now had to by 2 subscriptions. When i bought it i took the one to use 10 portfolio. since my wife abd have 2 seperate Weathsimple account ,they don,t merge together. I don't see the logic .
