No 60 day multi trip plan
No 60 day multi trip plan. The computer system did not work properly. Had to do multiple phone calls to purchase as the computer program was an issue or so they said. Staff were very nice. We answer NO to every question on the questionnaire and our policies were double what they were last year. We will shop elsewhere for next year.

Excellent Service
I called to book a single trip policy and learned Snowbird had switched companies who administer the process. I had to provide all my previous information which had not been retained by the new company. The staff member was excellent and explained the change in circumstances. We completed the information and attempted to pay - but the credit card system was down. Later I booked the policy online. The next day I received a call from the Sales person who identified an error I made on my second attempt. The first policy was cancelled, and the second (correct) policy was implemented. I cannot say how pleased I was with the professionalism of the staff member - and patient with my error. Thank you
