I never take the time to write reviews but I definitely needed to after my experience. I am not writing a 1 star review because of the quality of their curtains but because of the quality of their customer service.

I first paid an additional $20 for express shipping and after receiving it 2 weeks later from when I was supposed to, I asked for a refund on the express shipping. After spending over $100, customer service wanted to only reimburse me $10. After about 5 back and forth emails, customer service finally agreed to reimburse me the full amount of $20.

That’s not the worst part..
The curtains ended up not working out so I contacted customer service again asking how to go about a return. Their response: “we will give you 50% refund and you can regift these curtains to a friend. Will you accept?”

After explaining that I do not want to keep the curtains, they responded: “we will give you 75% back and you can keep the curtains. Will you accept?”

I’m sorry but on their website it says “easy return” - this was anything but easy. After two more emails back and forth, customer service finally agreed to give me a full refund.

It should not be that difficult! Horrible customer service

If I could give negative stars, I would. This is the absolute WORST experience I have ever had with a company. If you order curtains from Snow City Shop (a scam), expect cheap fabric & NO RETURNS. Even if they say you will receive a full refund after you pay to ship the curtains back to them, they will refuse to refund you. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM! Wasted $100 and a whole lot of time dealing with this. This scam should not be in business.

I have received AWESOME customer service with someone who has answered my chat questions thoroughly and timely. I have never had such good customer service on an online platform. Their product is just as good and reliable.

Recieved exactly what I ordered. Great pricing and arrived on time. Yes, they did ship out of California, not CO as noted on the BBB website. I wish I could leave a photo, to show how great the double grommets are!

Love these curtains! Super soft and the grommets provide some weight on the bottom. Got most of the wrinkles out just using the dryer. Great price too!

Ordered some panels and really liked the quality. Tried to order more and their customer service was terrible. Can't get them to call back. Their "live chat " is a joke.

I ordered curtains with top and bottom grommets for my back deck and they sent the wrong curtains( no bottom grommets). I have been trying for 5 days to get a hold of someone so I can send them back for a refund. At first I wanted to exchange them, now, with the horrible customer service, I just want my money back!

The curtains are very nice and of good quality for the price. Only downside was the shipping took around a month to receive. I kept looking at shipping code they gave me and it kept saying waiting for package label made. Finally contacted them and the lady said she would resend. I figured they would have expedited the order. Again wrong after talking to her took another week. Great product if you can get past shipping problems!

Purchased shipped quickly and curtains are even better quality than I anticipated!

We were very nervous and suspicious of this shop after trying to return a curtain that was not the right color. The package came back to us saying there was no such location. We were so impressed with the quality of the curtains and really wanted to order more, but were cautious. My husband was finally able to get a text response (in the middle of the night) and worked out a deal on the return that so far has worked out perfectly. We received the re-order of a different color yesterday as promised. Again, the curtain quality is perfect and we will be moving forward with a bigger order. Still not sure about their location, I'm thinking they are overseas, but they have done us right so far.

I absolutely adore my new cream waterproof blackout curtains. Not only has it transformed the look of my patio, it was cooler and more comfortable in the heat and sun of summer and now that the weather has gotten chilly we are able to heat the patio with just a little space heater. I needed some odd sizes but Mia and the measurement instructions were very helpful in making my measurements perfect.
I could not be more thrilled with value or quality.

I ordered sheers from this company. They sent me 2 different colors. Instead of notifying me first that they didnt have the color i wanted. So I settled for the ones they had and told them to ship to me. I didnt receive the item for 2 weeks. So when I reach out to the them, they tell me that they've updated the colors and now they didnt have the ones i settled for. After changing my furniture to match with the sheers that I settled for. I do not think these have the right people working for them. There is a communication issue amongst the team members as well as between the customer service with their customers. Take you business else where. I usually do not right bad reviews for businesses but this was a nightmare and i do not want anyone else to go through this experience.
