Absolutley the worst
Absolutley the worst. Showed item in stock, and took 3 weeks to arriv - during ski season. Immediatley same day upon arrival requested RMA -- had to ask about 3 times by e-mail across 3 weeks to get "approval to return". Yes approval.
FYI --The jackets come with Huge cable ties to indicate if You would have worn or used -- which is fine and a good idea.
Retunred garment in origninal plastic, with all the ghetto theft tags intact - they are trying to refuse return.
The folks at SOMOWOUTFIT say that there warehouse folks found "animal hair and dust on jacket"? Can't return? Hilarious -- We have a beauful house, that is cleaned weekly -- I'd imagine my daughter opened and laid out on the sofa or bed -- it may have picked up some animal hair, but nothing substantial. Seriously -- that makes it not new?
300 jacket - grab the lint brush and give it a quick roll down and don't be California DB about it. Also know if you would have shipped on time, we would have kept it.

These bib ski pants are amazing! The workmanship is solid, the straps are adjustable, and they fit snugly without being constricting. My child can't wait to wear them to the ski resort!
