Misleading Info, Borderline Rude

Confusing/ misleading info meant I got a €10 purchase I didn’t need to get.

Customer service ultimately agreed to a refund but never apologised.

In fact, the agent challenged my interpretation of the information. He got it wrong, mind you.

Snowprint Studios Scam on Freecash.com

I completed an offer for the mobile game Warhammer: Tacticus on Freecash.com. The challenge was to do 40k damage but it was unclear if this was for a single stage or overall due to vaguely suspicious wording. Through online research, I gathered the information that it was for a single stage and as such I manually counted how much damage I did on a single stage and even spent extra time just to make sure I did the necessary damage. So, regardless if the challenge was for 40k overall or 40k on a single stage I completed both within the designated time frame to be eligible for the reward. Amazingly, the Warhammer app was able to track all of the smaller milestones I achieved but when it came to this particular reward (worth $75) they claim to have not tracked it. Furthermore, when I submitted a support ticket I was unable to attach a screenshot that proved I got 40k damage on a stage because there is no in-game measurement for single stage damage. I found out later that there is an achievement for total damage but that’s not what I came to understand the challenge to be and it should have tracked anyway if that was the case. Snowprint Studios is unwilling to admit their fault as they claim I should be taking up the issue with Freecash alone. However, all it should take is for them to get together with their “partner” whom they created the challenges and rewards with and recognize that I completed the challenge with at least 99.9% certainty and thereby credit me with my rightful reward. The "support" agent I dealt with took no responsibility on the company's behalf for failure to track data they were supposed to have been tracking according to Freecash and refused my request to speak with someone higher up the chain of command to figure out what exactly went wrong. It is the responsibility of both companies when they enter a partnership such as this to make sure the rewards offered are both clear and verifiable in some way. At bare minimum, they should be communicating between each other to make sure their users are not getting scammed in this way. They do not have to reveal their methodology for tracking data to users but they should at least be able to explain to one another what the problem is. If it is discovered that one or both sides made a mistake, then they should do what is moral and make the situation right.
