Excellent service from Cain, I received proactive calls out of hours to help me with questions, plus quick responses to my emails. The Scott Patrol e22 Kit arrived within 24 hrs, hopefully i won't have the opportunity to know how well it works in the real world.

By mistake i orderd the same product as my brother, already got the e-mail that said the order was finished processing, i called them and within minutes the order was canceled and refunded, thanx for the service!!

Excellent - call the store and you speak to a real person, who has a detailed tech knowledge of the products and therfore can advise on the right choice. I bought two airbags and they were dispatched the same day.

Another great experience buying from Snowsafe. Ordered a new shovel and probe, both were in stock and reasonably priced. Dispatch and delivery was quick and everything arrived safe and sound.

I ordered Ortovox avalanche essentials online and before 1400, they arrived 48hrs later. Top logistics between DPD and Snowsafe. Minimal but secure packaging too. The kit, pro light shovel, Diract transceiver and 240 light probe were all sold at very competitive prices. The addition of a record helmet sticker for £19 was £7 cheaper than on Amazon.

Great company, personnel and product! Also, I ordered one reflector and it was delivered to my house, put in the garage by my wife and misplaced for months. A replacement was sent free of charge; when I found the first one, i contacted them, and they told me to keep both!

Ordered an Ortovox backpack on a Wednesday at 1pm and it arrived on the Thursday at 10am! I had to call prior to ordering with some queries - staff couldn't have been more helpful. Great staff, great service, great product = highly recommended!
