Snowtart is an snowboard store that was formed in 2011. Frustrated with so few stores in the South East outside of London we started our own! We stock snowboards from Capita and Libtech as well as Union Bindings. Our clothing range includes ColourWear, 686, ThirtyTwo and Westbeach. We offer next day free shipping to the UK on all products and dispatch worldwide. All UK orders placed by 4pm are usually sent the same day and most mainland UK orders are delivered next-day. We aim to give all customers a great experience whilst shopping with us.

A new ski helmet

This was my first purchase from Snowtart and will not be my last.
The helmet that I ordered was among the best-priced online.
The order arrived very quickly ( two days, if I remember correctly), packaged well and damage-free.
Unfortunately, the helmet I received was a different colour to that on their website and after contacting Snowtart, was informed that the picture online was in fact incorrect. They apologised and offered to swap it out for another colour, which I chose to.
Prepaid label was sent for me to return the original helmet, and the replacement was sent out in fast manner.
The whole situation was dealt with very professionally by Andrew, and I only wish that I had found this company sooner. Thank you, Andrew.
I will not hesitate to buy all of next season's gear from now on from these guys.

I've ordered 2 bindings

I've ordered 2 bindings, one of which had missing strap, I've returned this on my cost with card celotaped to the box inside with order details , they lied about not receiving the return, they did not try to refund money, they still hasn't refunded for the postage even tho that is their legal responsibility, they have refused to issue case number for ombudsman,also ignoring my emails
I would not recommend this company, shocking, dishonest customer service.

Item not delivered and no communication…

Item not delivered and no communication from Snowtart.

Made an order almost a month ago, reoyal mail tracking says they shipped it to London (where I live), then off to Newcastle, then back to London, then off to Canterbury where it was apparently delivered.

Not only are they not capable of correctly shipping a package but I received no order confirmation email, no order or ref number so I imagine it is going to be a pain getting my order or money back, most likely this company is trying to scam.

On top of all this I am going snowboarding soon and have no trousers.

Snowboard order

I ordered a snowboard for my daughter's 16th bday. Ordered from the website but quickly learned I needed to use the Ebay site for shipping to the US. I had absolutely no problems with ordering or payment. Customer service , via email, was outstanding. The board was delivered 2 days earlier than expected.
Happy customer and my daughter LOVES her new ride !!

Quick delivery without issues at a good price

Quick delivery, the goods were exactly as described on the webpage. No issue around payment and order status monitoring. I didn’t have to contact customer service, so I can’t provide feedback about what if things don’t go according to plan. For me it was simple, easy, just as I needed. And with a good price.
