Order the snuffle seek and hide tin from this company on the 9th May 2025, when I enquired where my order was I eventually got a response from Paul saying a 2 week delay or refund, as I wanted the item I regrettably agreed to wait!!!! Now 23rd June 2025 and every email is being ignored! Disgusting people with obviously no morals!
I ordered goods from this company several weeks ago. Having seen the one star review on here, I was slightly concerned, but they also sell through Amazon, so I figured they must be ok. Error!
I didn’t hear anything from them. When I contacted them - after several messages - ‘Paul’ replied saying they were having supply problems and asked me to bear with them for a week. Foolishly, I agreed. It’s been two weeks now. My several messages haven’t even warranted a response. I’m £30+ down unless I can recover the money through my credit card company!

I placed an order with Shuffle Knot and the order was partially fulfilled but a month later we're still waiting for the remaining item. The company offers no communication and are unwilling to even acknowledge you, let alone offer any kind of option for refund. Please avoid this company.
