Billed incorrect amount
This review is based only on my last purchase. 2 prior purchases were without issue. They charged me in American rather than Canadian funds. While I caught the error when I saw the charge. Because the Canadian to American conversion changed I ended up not getting a full refund for what I was billed in American.l funds. (Charged 125.22 refunded 120.01) then charged the correct amount in Canadian. I called about this difference and was told I would be gotten back to but haven't heard anything or gotten the difference refunded. Not worth putting more time into for $5.21 difference.
