Didn’t receive the box as stock was out but they was till available to purchase online so I had to receive a refund. correspondence from customer service was very fast though and the refund was processed within a day or two

DO NOT ORDER. I ordered this gift box alongside my snugzy and never recieved it. After emailing the company about this issue i have received no reply so have subsequently lost £4.99.
