This was my experience
When I first see it I know it would get a good laugh got it for my wife and she was laughing for like 20 minutes and loved it is now going to take it with her when she is on work trips and stuff like that it was good quality and was delivered a lot sooner then I would have expected glad i got it and highly recommend to anyone looking for something to make your other half laugh

Ordered full size shaped pillow for a stag do. Got cuddley buddy body pillow instead. So overcharged as received wrong product. Quality is OK. Spams at least 3 times a day. Not particularly great. The two stars are because its usable.

I ordered the pillow and a gift box, gift box missing and no reply from emails sent no number to call when it goes wrong - poor customer service.
Pillow is OK but not great the head hasn't got enough stuffing in it. Mark this one up as a never buy again!

Different quality to a previous order😤
I received my order on 25/11/25 and emailed into snugzy, as the pillow was not printed on both sides. The video clip that advertises the pillow i chose, looks double sided, so this is what should be provided! Instead there is just black material on one side and the pillow is not very plump. I have ordered from here before and that order was double sided and the pillow firm, so very disappointed with what i have received.
What makes it worst, is that i have emailed to say i am unhappy, on the 25th Nov and then a follow up email on 28th Nov- i have received no reply to either. Very poor customer service😤

Snugzy were in the more expensive side…
Snugzy were in the more expensive side compared with other sites offering customised pillows. I was pleased with the end product though, great quality and very plush.
The daily junk mail after the order however let's them down.
