I ordered and delivered to wrong address and noone contacts you back for refund or to send items paid for again

I ordered and they delivered to the completely wrong address i have contacted snugzy numerous times to arrange a refund or another product to be sent out and i haven't had anyone contact me like they have agreed so refrain from ordering from this place as they don't have any customer service what so ever i have emailed numerous times and got nothing back

Order a snugzy teddy and on the website…

Order a snugzy teddy and on the website it had a guaranteed delivery date. The item came 3 days after the guaranteed delivery date tried to get in touch with customer services through many different platforms and too this date still no reply. Customer services is none existent and when I did get my order the quality was poor

Brilliant, I ordered a Snugzy face pillow as a surprise for my wife just a week before Valentines Day, I was hoping it would arrive for Valentines Day and it did , wife absolutely LOVES it 😀👍
