Received today absolutely delighted with it, can’t wait to give it to son and his dog as a Christmas gift, it’s gorgeous ❤️

Despite the website saying eligible items (not personalised) can be returned, they will refuse to give any return details and customer service is extremely dismissive!

I’d save the headache and avoid!

The product is a cute present , I know my boyfriend will like it. However in the picture of the Birmingham city pillow choice on the back it should say Birmingham city on the back but mine is blank. Also in the pictures when buying it shows you that hair is blurred out so your able to see any images are underneath, my is not so the main badge on the shirt is covered. It’s still visible that it’s a blues kit but not what I was expecting. Slightly disappointed but the delivery was good and the product is still good

This is something for my wife so that she can cuddle me when I'm not at home and she's feeling low. The quality is top notch and just what I ordered, delivery was as stated and arrived on due date

The product was not as expected, poor quality, several editing mistakes and no response from customer service by email or instagram.

These are really fab gifts! Having purchased in the past, I knew that I wanted to get one for a wee girl that I was a nanny for. The process is so easy and was quick to arrive. I was disappointed to see that the back of the cushion was black when previous cushions had a double sided print. I understand the costs may have gone up in the time since I last bought one but a more suitable colour for a unicorn cushion would have been nicer. Saying that, the cushion has been gifted and is loved.

I made an order on Nov 30th, followed up with two emails in the past week time. No reply. Ordering status shows unknown status. Trying to find help tracking takes forever. Shopping experience really shouldn’t be this difficult when it is a few mins to take money, and never get back when help is needed. And getting help is so frustrating.

I have ordered a cat snugzy for a friend. When I received the item, it did not match the picture I submitted on the website. I’ve sent multiple emails with follow ups and everything, and never got an email or anything back from anybody. It was a very disappointing as it was meant to be a present for somebody who was going away (and would miss their pet they were leaving behind for a bit).
It is not an awful customer service, It’s a nonexistent one which is a shame as I could not even receive a refund or any help whatsoever. (When I didn’t even ask for a refund, I just asked for the item I ordered, and never got one)

I ordered a cat snugzy cushion as present for my friend but when I got it, it was a completely different cushion. It was still a cat but it a completely different one (the picture I submitted didn’t match the one I uploaded). I’ve tried contacting them, but got no response even after a month with a follow up email (from myself) and still nobody got back to me.
It was very disappointing as it was a present for somebody who was going away and leaving their cat behind for a while (it was meant to be a reminder/memorabilia of somebody they care about a lot) and would miss him!

I ordered mine on 11/24 for my girlfriend’s Christmas present. It was created and shipped quickly, however the last shipping update is from 11/29 stating it was “Inbound Out of Customs”. I emailed the company on 12/15 asking for assistance but have not heard anything back from them. Christmas is a week away and I still don’t have my purchase. I’ll be shopping for a backup present this weekend.

Poor quality, stitching around the edge has already come undone within an hour

Purchased as a leaving present - he is going to love it. Super soft and cosy too!
